You pick your next action before I do. You get to expand your line. You could expand it to my pub and if you moved passengers first, use it before I get to.
This gives me first move to get a point and use the pub on my line, even if you expand to it from your own.
May not have been your plan, but I needed to secure the point. Wasn't sure what else would have been a good move for myself anyway.
