I picked up this pack of Pilot parallel pens and they’re great! Really solid, wide nibs that make for very satisfying lines.
I also got wisteria washi tape (which I swear I ordered for myself but Anya thinks it’s hers...) and some cat stickers and a rainbow dot tape that *is* Anya’s. Plus a giant collection of Sakura gelly roll pens.

It's one of those things for me: there's so much information online that I get paralyzed and don't know where to start. It's stupid, but it's true. I got a package a few days ago and thought "man, that's some nice, regular handwriting" - not even super ornate or anything, but something I'd like to do. The lord of the rings one is crazy. Like, 4k usd for a pen? And then you click the button to reveal that there is also a 42k usd gold version as well!
That said, I'm pretty sure that the same thing could be said about the pens I buy - like, a 50 cent BIC pen surely can write just fine, right?
A Bic pen works, sure. But just like anything else, there are improvements in performance and user experience to be had. Even just a Parker Jotter rollerball is so far ahead of a shitty plastic pen it's not funny, and they're like $30. For something you use every day, it's worth the upgrade if you can.
