Too much sleep can be bad for you, just like too little sleep can. It can also make you groggy and feel like crap for a while. Try not to let yourself sleep more than 8-9 hours.

I wanna post this again because I'm proud of it, even if those first 3 seconds are a little corny.

And also I used the wrong logo during the whole stream.

And forgot to record a 1080 version so it's in 720 which isn't a big deal but whoops

and oh no i'm gonna nitpick it forever

    https://newatlas.com/optimal-sleep-duration-cognitive-performance/56723/

"The first results from the world's largest sleep study have been published, concluding that between seven and eight hours of sleep is the ideal range for optimal cognitive performance. The study convincingly revealed that too much sleep interestingly correlated with similar cognitive deficits associated with too little sleep.

The research revealed a reliable U-shaped curve in deficits associated with reasoning and verbal abilities corresponding with sleep duration, illustrating more than eight hours sleep was just as damaging as less than six hours. Perhaps the most interesting finding was that sleep duration didn't affect all kinds of cognitive performance. While reasoning and verbal abilities were most affected by sleep, short-term memory remained relatively unaffected by even short sleep durations, such as four hours.

Exactly why longer sleep periods corresponded with reduced cognitive performance is a compelling question raised by the study. The researchers suggest that other factors, such as depression or failing health, could lead to sleep in excess of eight hours, but it is unclear how these factors would inherently explain the reduced cognitive performance. How could excess sleep of more than eight hours, in and of itself, produce these kinds of cognitive deficits?

"A more interesting interpretation," the researchers hypothesize, "is that impaired cognition seen in long sleepers is actually driven by too much sleep; for example, longer sleep is associated with longer and more intense sleep inertia, which has been shown to produce impairments in high-level cognitive domains, like decision making.""

Nah hole can be used for pit because it has a colloquial definition.

You want to really tilt and English teacher, tell them fishes is the correct plural of fish.

it's mostly about having a rigorous definition (when one is trying to be rigorous about holes, anyway)

if all concavities are holes then things get weird, like saying a mostly flat plate has a hole

Is an exit interview as satisfying as it sounds? You've got your new job lined up, your references from the job you're quitting have gone through. Seems like it would be truly cathartic to air out all of your grievances once and for all.

Depends. I left an entire plan for them on how to improve processes and such based on my work. My friend who worked there after me said nothing was implemented. So well, I tried?
