So in trying to eat healthy, I made a delicious dish of lentils, cauliflower, and onions with a ton of indian spices

The key is (1) scads of garlic (2) even more scads of full fat coconut milk (3) I know this is gonna sound snobby and everything, but it really is better to use soaked chickpeas rather than tinned. Better flavour, better texture.
Also I cooked the basmati with a heaped teaspoonful of garam masala and dang I wish I had started doing this a while ago It does make the rice look a bit muddy, granted, but it also makes it taste of garam masala. Ima do that again, hopefully when I'm less sulky and have the patience to include some fried red onion in it as well.
I repurposed the money not spent on paying someone else to make my dinner on a present for a friend of mine who is going through some things. Her little boy is currently obsessed with skellingtons and organs and anatomy. So as long as she's raising a microgoth, she'll need a 2lb bag of 54% belgian chocolate chips and this.

Last night the fake chicken place I want to try didn't have any couriers nearby
Tonight the app kept on giving me an error message when I was trying to order
I'm starting to think it's a fake place that sells chicken, rather than a place that sells fake chicken
Also I ate subways sandwich + cookies for lunch, and let me tell you, 4 subway cookies in one sitting is too much.

No argument there. They are great. But too much of even a great thing is still too much.
Especially when they followed a chicken bacon ranch sandwich.
