Tell me about Cincinnati and North Kentucky
My spouse recently got a job offer for the area and we know very little about it. What do we need to know? What should we look out for?

I can give better advice about specifics to where you're going to end up staying.
1. Weather can be sudden and severe. The Ohio River brings a lot of humidity into the area that can cause sudden severe storms in the afternoons when the weather is warm. Meanwhile, these days we tend to be on the boarder of bad weather in the Winter, where we can get Rain, Snow, or Ice when storms come through the area. Ice is the biggest issue as its a hilly area.
2. There is pretty much no public transportation outside of downtown Cincinnati. Get used to driving.
3. Traffic is a pain from around 4:30pm to 6pm, mostly caused by stupid people who are incapable of driving in clear, dry weather. Otherwise, there tend to be few issues.
4. There are a lot of republicans in the area, split between the wealthy who want to fuck poor people over and the poor who are hardcore trumpers. Where you live will determine which group you get.
