It's weird 38th got merced.
He was pushing for inactives/ebum to die.
Otherwise unsure.
But ebum didn't get saved by shenanigans really so.
Just random chance, as far as I can tell.
Slight village indication.
Maybe the mafia didn't think they could swing it.
Maybe the mafia get protection from plague on ties.
m!ttens - seems a bit lost. lean village.
Egos - righteous fury
AustinP0027 - village
H3Knuckles - prob village
JPants
Enlightenedbum
Heffling - village
Discrider
2-3 mafia left.
I guess that makes it ebum, Egos and JPants at the moment.
...
Egos can't be after pushing Mamawolf so hard I think.
So ebum, Jpants and m!ttens?
Actually, no shenanigans last night could easily be because of Mafia, clear villager that Mamawolf voted for, Mafia as the second place options, making it so only really obvious shenanigans could go through.
Well, someone has to kick this off, so might as well be me.
m!ttens
There's a limited number of us that aren't assumed village (6), and looking at vote records, what I see is Day 2 a Mafia broke a tie away from you onto a villager.
It's not much, but compared to the others, it jumps out to me.
H3KnucklesBut we decide which is rightand which is an illusion.Registered Userregular
Seer did not find a red last night, so this vote is based on suspicion. But we're running on the logic that 'MamaWolf threw Green under the bus to save a teammate', so...
enlightenedbum for second. I don't disagree with any of the logic in the thread so far - I had assumed mamawolf was saving someone so..that is most likely m!ttens or jpants (and if its jpants he's been playing a hell of a game)
I should note, back two days ago, m!ttens PM'd me out of the blue asking for my opinion on the current board state and who to trust.
Which is why I've been saying they 'seem lost' for the last couple of days.
I'm a dumb vote for second since mafia me doesn't jump on the supposed seering, I wait it out. mittens makes sense, but I would like to not be second. I'll say JPants
Self-righteousness is incompatible with coalition building.
Not sure what JPants has out for me, but I'm guessing they've been running me up the bandwagon train for the last two days for some reason, and that's probably to deflect from themselves.
enlightenedbum for second. I don't disagree with any of the logic in the thread so far - I had assumed mamawolf was saving someone so..that is most likely m!ttens or jpants (and if its jpants he's been playing a hell of a game)
Also, JPants was in the lead prior to m!ttens tying. If Mama wanted to save JPants, the vote could have just been on m!ttens to keep that wagon going because the vote just prior was for m!ttens. Another vote following the previous would have been a normal day 2 wagon.
Instead, vote went to Green to break the tie. That's what sticks out the most to me.
Also unless I misunderstand the plague mechanic then 2nd place only matters if we hit a mafia target the previous night.

Retsef Rut was tired. Tired of this impertinent village. Tired of their refusal to submit. Tired of losing his lieutenants. One way or another, this ends tonight, he thought as he grabbed the greatsword Tigersbane.
The village stood together. Jpants had taken the position as ad hoc leader of this rabble of peasants, farmers, and miscreants. Though their numbers were small, they had a fire within them. This was their home, not the home of a tyrant. The demons of Retsef Rut would find no quarter here, no mercy for their belligerent evil.
"Foolish Notosians" came a booming voice from all around them. "Your people are surrounded. What few warriors you had were decimated nights ago. You have no hope of victory, submit and I will grant you the smallest of mercy: a quick death and your children's lives."
He threw the head of Egos to the ground.
Jpants responded, "Retsef Rut: Go fuck yourself."
At his signal, the village turned and speared m!ttens who exploded in striped fire and fury.
Retsef Rut smirked. "Fools! I have more of them back home! No matter how many you kill there are more to join the slaughter! Tonight I welcome you to my Abattoir. " He clapped his hands together and blood began to run from the houses. Tall, incandescent spheres of humors began to form and float above the crowd. Writhing masses of maggots and worms began to sprout from the ground, reaching towards the blood red moon.
Hope seemed lost.
Well, thought Heffling If I'm wrong, I'll apologize in hell. They pulled a knife and turned, quickly, stabbing Enlightenbum in the stomach. "But...." he sputtered
The image of Retsef Rut vanished. The dire illusions fell away and they were left with a pathetic, dying man who could not even save himself. "I was....this....supposed to..." Enlightenedbum, also known as Retsef Rut finally died. And with his death, the curse that had haunted the village faded. Peace had been achieved at Notos, and while the cost was dear, the shared culture of the Aeolians, Siroccoans, Khamseens, and Zephists lived on.

First off, special shout out to @3cl1ps3 for helping me run this. I could not have done it without him, and his help let me focus on the parts of the game that I enjoy: creating mechanics and writing narration.
I was interested to see how people would treat a game where there were 'factions' that explicitly did not matter, and ya'll did not disappoint from that end.
I think, on whole, that everything was pretty balanced. This was designed as a 31 player game with a 6-1 Village-Mafia ratio and one SK, but I had to cut the SK and rework things on the fly to make it fit the new amount of players. This is also the first game I've ever run where the village won! Go figure!
Those of you that surmised that the plague was supposed to take the place of the vigilante were correct. That's not how it was originally designed, mind you, but given the low number of players and my constant, burning desire to make Vanillagers relevant I went I cut the vigilante, made the plague balance shift toward the village, and rolled with it. The seer was made immune to the plague (the plague would just skip him if it ever came to that, no clarification would have been given either) and the mafia were made to die after being infected.
While I intentionally did not tell the village of this (as knowing this would basically mean ya'll would know from day 1 whether the 2nd place person was village or not) I should have told the mafia this. My own rule is that the less members you have in the faction, the more game knowledge you should get. The SK would have known about most all of the mechanics, then the mafia, then the village would mostly have to figure things out on their own. Information is a currency. And to that end...
Really surprised nobody figured out the curse mechanic. Very simple: Mafia curse one person on night zero, that person is cursed so that whoever they vote for (provided they aren't already dead or mafia) would die to a curse. So hats off to Discrider for riding the line between village and mafia. Curiously, this came up on the previous night, as there was a 3 way tie for second place. Well, the last person to vote someone in second place was Discrider, a villager, so the village got punished.
There was only one special, the Seer aka JPants. There was the curse mechanic and the plague mechanic, which both go towards my driving theme in my phallas: Make Vanillagers matter. And there was the mafia. JPants seered two of the four mafia members, which is just a bad beat for the mafia. As previously noted, there was no vigilante. There was also no guard. I hate guards as a mechanic and even if one was in the game it would have been weak as fuck.
I had a blast running this and maybe I'll run another sooner rather than later.

Yeah, we did it! Big credit goes to our excellent seer, JPants! @LostNinja & @mrpaku thanks for trusting in me day 3. AustinP0027 pleasure working with you as always, and thanks for clinching it in the end Heffling
Thanks go to @Munkus Beaver for hosting, it was a fun one, and the plague mechanic was a neat twist. Also to @3cl1ps3 for assistant hosting.
Also, I find it hilarious that the hosts had to follow disc's voting to track who died.
As someone who normally does vote counts, you have my pity.

Also, @38thDoe sorry you felt left out day 3. The players I reached out to were the other Siroccoans, Mama because she'd already been in contact with me, and Gizzy because she'd started the day voting for our target on her own deduction, then got talked off of it (so I was hoping to sway her back).
Sorry I was planning on swinging my vote back to Aura in the period of time after their orders would have been cemented, then when I saw so many people had been messaged I became overly paranoid.

Basically, I needed a shortlist of people, and there were 3. Also because paku was infected.

No worries. In a strange way it is relieving to be confirmed.
Why haven't we seen the curse?

Egos can't be after pushing Mamawolf so hard I think.
So ebum, Jpants and m!ttens?
It might have been tied to Locus. Since they stop after he is eliminated..
Putting this in a spoiler because it's not official in terms of host results for coloring.
