I’ve had amazing buche and I’ve had mediocre buche. It depends on how the place cooks it and what with. The good stuff is like pan cooked, the other place I think either didn’t do as high a heat or steamed the shit out of it it was bland and not good
Ah nexmex is in the mall too I think. I am unsure as to its authenticity, and I’ve discovered my ability to determine quality is bad. However it is one of the only places that seemingly takes its food safety seriously so we can trust ‘‘em to make food for my wife.
