Yeah, I was looking at the scorebug on my computer like it was wrong

Like, Milwaukee has to have a comeback, right? The Heat spent so much money on that guy who was Bad, Actually! They can’t win, right???

edit: Apparently Giannis got hurt and the Bucks left the Heat shoot threes all night, and Miami shot 60% from beyond the arc. Which is totally sustainable.

A couple of big names injured on a guy sliding under someone airborne. Both Ja and Giannis. Could be series defining injuries.

This game is great, just as good as advertised.

Wow, DPOY Westbrook with that stop

That game was the full Westbrook experience, and shows why he's one of my favorites to watch, while also never wanting him on my team.

    What a game.

The best 3/19 performance ever -- that's my MVP.

What kind of MVP plays less than 30 minutes? What a fraud.

I mean, 13 points? I think hes anti stat padding against accusations of stat padding for the double reverse backdoor stat pad. Diabolical. Not my MVP.

Between the play-ins and all the round 1, game 1s this has been an awesome start to the playoffs. Even games that look like blowouts (Lakers/Grizzlies) were really great games for the majority of the time before a final run. I didn't stay up the 2nd half of Wolves/Nuggets but looks like that may have been the exception along with Hawks/Celtics and the end of Sixers/Nets.

    I love playoff basketball.

1st round my favorite time of the year. Games every day, all day. Also lots more Inside the NBA. Chuck had a great line about Clarence Thomas last night:

Up here in the Pacific Northwest, its still cold and rainy every day, which is a good fit for playoff basketball because it doesn't make me feel bad to be spending every evening indoors on the the couch.

It is malpractice to call what happened to Ja an instance of someone sliding under him while airborne - it was an extremely clear charge. Hate to say it but in this case he was the one doing the reckless thing.

If Sacramento keeps winning, it's a bad thing. That means Vivek Ranadive will think he actually did something useful and will probably try to use his elementary school basketball coaching experience to dictate play style again.

I mean, he should be pissed already. Didn't get a landing space foul on a 3 attempt, but maybe he needs to upgrade to mouth guard throw levels (without doing it)

This is an impossoble to ref game, but these officials are definitely not rising to the challenge.

They must have stared in each others face and solemnly declared "no matter what happens, we will not call a foul during a Sabonks post up".

  • TelMarineTelMarine Registered User regular
Will take a 6 point deficit after that dumpster fire of a half. Curry and Draymond 7 combined turnovers, most of them just on simple passes.

whew i was scared the warriors were gonna get the lead there for a bit
it's not double digits but hopefully a 6 point deficit will be enough to light the steph

He got a foul jumping into Jamychal Green who never left the floor, modern NBA special

There were a lot of bad calls, and bad non calls to go around. Honestly, i thought the reffing favored the Warriors (of course, i would), but mostly thought it was just wildly inconsistent.

I feel like there were some bad calls and the refs started going doing makeup calls and just never stopped.

Also I think Sabonis's big hit to the jaw was inadvertent and not a foul, but he just keeps getting mauled (which isn't abnormal for him) but that's got to be rough.

    Refs hella cheating here

Yeah, he bounced his face off Steph's knee, not a foul. Honestly, the Kings are playing way the fuck harder and more forcefully. If they were hitting their averages on 3s and FTs, theyd be up like 18.
