    I made some Mexican Fried Rice yesterday out of a bunch of veggies and some fridge leftovers that was pretty fantastic, considering I sorta winged the recipe. A handful of the spicy stuff I left out so that my wife would still eat it would've taken it from good to great

    Our Taco Tuesdays are usually Taco Thursdays though, because everyone is lactose intolerant and no one has to go into an office on Friday

    A lot of people make a big fuss about how hard shell tacos aren't authentic but IDGAF. Hard tacos taste better, have a better texture, and are more fun to eat.
