I briefly looked into what it would take to switch careers this week and it looks like I would have to start college again from scratch despite having several degrees already and then sit for a licensure exam at the end.
And then apparently work horrific hours and make very little money aiding on projects that take years to complete
It would be essentially a 6 year process before I even was able to work, I would be down about $40k in tuition plus whatever I lost from cutting back hours at the hospital over 4-5 years, and it would be another 10 years before I would make what I make now already

From a company called Step One. I know nothing about them really but they offer a long leg boxer which aren't otherwise that easy to find (under armour used to do a 9" inseam boxer but seem to have dropped it because they're out of stock everywhere except xxs and xxxl)
