Obviously a Dracula. So much versatility, you can be dapper Drac or dirt bag lost boy, a large host of magic powers, and 90% of the time you're sexy as hell.
I think dracula is more interesting, but a werewolf is just more vicious and then the juxtaposition of switching back to a human and not knowing what happened is so good.
Vampire
Pros
-Sleeps all day
-Dies from sunlight
-Dies from a stake to the heart
-Potentially harmed by garlic
-Might have other foibles like unable to cross running water, having to count items spilled on the ground or needing to be invited in.
Cons
-Wants your blood
-Hypnotism
-Enhanced strength
-Shapeshifting (Bat, Wolf, Mist)
-Can make more vampires in the right circumstances
-Potentially flight.
-Kinda hard to kill except in specific circumstances
Dr. Frankenstein
Pros
-Just a dude
-Seriously, he's just a dude, just shoot him
-Or arrest him, like seriously.
-While a scientific genius, his field of speciality is VERY specific
-Real dumb for a smart guy
Cons
-Graverobber
-"Unorthodox" research leaves him with very poor help.
Werewolf
Pros
-Only happens during the full moon
-Dies from a silver bullet
Cons
-Doesn't die from anything else
-Anyone who survives a bite becomes one
-Ridiculously powerful murder machines
Ghost
Pros
-Might be a friendly one, or one willing to coexist
-Might be super harmless depending on the type
-May be bound to a location, object, person
-Might not be able to directly interact with the living
Cons
-No consistency, some ghosts are ridiculously powerful.
-May or May not be tether to one location, object, person
-Potential possession, telekinesis and other wild abilities
-Already fully dead, so you can't kill them.
Witch
Pros
-Dies from fire real good
-Mostly mortal, die from all sorts of things
Cons
-Flat out magic, anything is possible.
-Either going to be ugly as sin, or hot as fuck, no middle ground.
Mummy
Pros
-Most of the time they're just shambling corpses, which means you can potentially outrun them.
-Curse based, don't do anything to get cursed and you should be fine.
Cons
-Occasionally you get a smart one which are real terrors
-Outright immune to any physical harm, you have to break the magic animating them
-Obsessed with their exes
Adam i.e. Frankenstein i.e. Frankenstein's Monster
Pro
-In theory is mortal
-Kinda dumb
-Kinda slow
Cons
-Above average strength
-Incredible durability
-Criminal Brain
-Limited communication skills.
The Creature (From a Black Lagoon, possibly?
Pros
-Mostly mortal
-Not especially intelligent
-(Slightly) less dangerous on land.
Cons
-Superhuman strength
-Ability to survive underwater
-Very Horny
-Like, dear god man, she's not into you.
-Well, except the lady in a Shape of Water. You can get your fish wrapped with her I guess.
Zombie
Pros
-Dumb as, well, zombies
-Frequently slow as shit
-Sometimes they don't even spread through bites!
Cons
-They will frequently spread through bites
-Can rapidly spread
-Overwhelming numbers
-Don't feel pain or care about getting chunks taken out of them
-Covid Response suggests we'd be absolutely fucked if we had a monster making disease that spreads through infection.
Overall, Vampires are probably the most dangerous given their relative durability, intellect, powers, and ability to reproduce. it's lucky their saddled with just a ridiculous amount of weaknessess, otherwise we'd be fucked.
Werewolfs, if they were more intelligent, would be even worse but their animalistic nature leaves them as an immediate threat and not necessarily a long-term one. Especially since they tend to kill their victims before they even have a chance to become a Werewolf. Needing a silver bullet to truly take them out is a pain in the ass, though.
Dr. Frankenstein had one amazing thing under his belt and has been coasting in pop culture ever since.
Ghosts are too variable to get a read on. They can be damn near demigods in the right circumstances, and they're already dead, rather than undead, so you can't really kill them.
Witches are also pretty variable, but ultimately you can avoid a lot of run-ins by just not being assholes to old crones on the street.
Mummy's are thankfully very rare and typically just shambling corpses. The smart ones can be very dangerous. Check your geneology to make sure you're not the reincarnation of someone old dusty dude's booty call.
Frankenstein is like one dude who is just strong, has homocidal intent and really, really durable... Wait... Is Frankenstein just Mike Meyers/Jason Vorheese, but like 40 years earlier?
Fishman is on a similar level. He's basically just a person with extraordinary abilities because he's a fishman and not an apeman. Just don't present as female around them unless you want to bone a fishman.
Finally, Zombies can be insideous because it's not hard to survive an encounter (unlike the wolfman) but it's super easy to get infected, meaning despite them likely being easy to take out one on one, there's going to be a shitload. That said, still dumb as hell so you can outthink them at least.
So yeah, I'd say Vampires have the durability, intellect, intelligence and powers to be the biggest threat overall. In the right circumstances they can quickly get out of hand and unlike Zombies, they can be extremely cunning. Werewolf might be a bigger threat if they had enough wits about them to use strategy (such as "Don't kill this dude so he becomes another werewolf") but thankfully they don't seem to be able to do that.

Frankenstein (the doctor)
I think my favorite would be Ghost
Favorite "monster" would be Werewolf
Favorite "Halloween Monster" is definitely the Mad Scientist/Doctor
There juxtaposition of "oh it's just a guy" on any other day of the year but on Halloween it's suddenly a creepy scientist? I think that expresses one of my favorite things about Halloween
Is Monster Squad streaming anywhere? I haven't seen that movie since I was a kid.
"Wolfman's got nards." will forever live in my head, rent free, of course.

Draculas or ghosts are my favorite of the traditional.
The Dracula one is obvious, I spend most of my life aspiring to be a vampire and everyone knows it.
Ghosts just have so much history though. Like, all of these have some degree of history, there are huge swathes of traditional mythology that are devoted to these (or a rough equivalent (though these equivalencies are dangerous to draw)), but ghosts are older. There are ghost stories from everywhere, from all time, that's just a universal human thing, and while they vary in form and function across cultures (or within cultures), that's kind of part of the appeal.
Being a Dracula definitely has its appeal. I like the schedule, not having to think about what I want for dinner is a plus, and I'm pale enough that many may not recognize the transformation allowing me to blend in fairly well.
But witches practice real, reality altering magic. Variety is the spice of life and witches are feasting in that regard. Hexes and lotions and potions, oh my. Eternal youth, face-stealing, cursing your enemies, conjuring familiars, speaking with the dead, what can't a practiced witch do with the right ingredients and the proper incantation?
Does picking Dracula include the all-important Count Chocula subset? Similarly, does Frankenberry fall under the Frankenstein umbrella? These are important questions to ponder before choosing.
vampires can still eat whatever right? like they -have- to drink blood (or carrot juice if you're a duckula or bunnicula) but you can still eat some tacos or eggs florentine if you want?

Dracula (or vampire, if you must)
I think it’s vampires. They have the scariest overall set of powers to use on humans.
I also think it’s becomes frightening to know they have specific weaknesses. Forces you to be creative if you’re trying to survive.
Werewolves are terrifying because they are chaos. They have the creepiest transformation and kill and maim with no regard for anything.
Ghosts are great for scares but if they aren’t corporeal all they can really do is scare. If we’re putting poltergeists in with ghosts then they become more dangerous.
Witches…they seems pretty small time to be too frightening. Like, if you have a witch in the area you can just kind of move. Also I don’t think a witch is going to bother you if you leave them alone.
Also, what are they going to do? Steal a kid? I’ve got extra!
Mummy is a mid-tier monster. Never going to be the best but never going to be the worst either. If you go with something like Imhotep from The Mummy then you’ve got a very powerful creature. Otherwise they just kind of chase Scooby Doo around and trip in their bandages
Plus, you know, don’t mess with their graves and they’ll probably have no reason to bother you.
Frankenstein’s Monster is a misunderstood soul. They don’t want to be a monster they get forced into it because of their appearance. I can’t blame Frankenstein’s Monster for being an asshole.
Some sort of Fish Man - I feel like fish people need to be in water to be truly effective so maybe if you’re at sea they’re terrifying but otherwise just stay away from the water.
Zombie is a generic term. If you’re talking fast zombies then they are scary as hell. If you’re talking about the more slow, plodding zombies…it shouldn’t be THAT hard to avoid them.
Other - I fell like you get into a lot of one off monsters with OTHER. Scary as hell if you encounter one but also very unlikely unless you do/say something very specific to draw their ire.
And those are my thoughts that I typed up instead of working!

Not usually, no
Although there's probably fiction where they can because every possible variant of vampire has been written about

Dracula (or vampire, if you must)
If I recall correctly I feel like most vampires can’t eat regular food at all.
