The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
I been trying to sign up to the unlimited music option under the zune, but in order to be able to connect to the zune store, I found out I needed to upgrade my DRM.
I google the error code it was giving me, and it led me to instructions as how to upgrade it. I follow them, until it tells me to go to this site: http://drmlicense.one.microsoft.com/Indivsite/en/indivit.asp
There's a button there that I should be able to click to start the process, only whenever I go to the site (Using IE7) the button is greyed out.
Do you get the Internet Explorer Information Bar (pale yellow) along the top asking you to install an ActiveX control?

I did this a couple weeks ago for the exact same reason.
Go to C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\
Click Tools/Folder Options/View/Allow viewing of hidden files and folders AND (this is a big must) uncheck hide protected system files. There should now be a folder named DRM in the folder. Make another folder in All Users (just name it whatever you want) and move all the files in the DRM folder into it. Hit yes on any warnings and once you go back to the site you can upgrade.
