So my friend's Opera browser has the ability to type into the address bar, "g penny arcade," and then it will result in a Google search for 'penny arcade.' It also does stuff like "w " for Wikipedia, etc etc, you can set up your own from any kind of search engine. Can Firefox do this? I would kill for a d for dictionary. The old 'dict' command doesn't seem to work for me anymore.

    1. Go to www.dictionary.com

    2. Right-click in search bar on the page.

    3. Select "Add a Keyword for this Search..."

    4. Save bookmark as "Dictionary Keyword" (or whatever), with a keyword of "d" (this will be your trigger for a dictionary search).

    5. Type "d apple" in location bar of browser.

    6. Done.

You can repeat with any other search you want to.
