My preference is to Marvel, and currently that's all I buy.

Deadshot has long since evolved past a Batman villain. Bane broke his back and then fizzled off. Clayface is in the same book as Croc, as is Mad Hatter. Scarface is just plain silly. I can however give you Harley, Ra's(Can't believe I forgot him.) and Shiva(Even though her current villain status is slightly iffy if I remember correctly.).
