Hmm...If G4 (god forbid) does a "live from PAX07" broadcast, what should be done?

    Adopting children - yay/nay?

Nay as a rule. Though it depends upon the intention.

I just missed getting a Wii by 30 seconds.

I walked into the store behind the woman who got the last one.

    I love my launch Wii.
I do too. Now if I can only get the USB connector set up again after I had to take the computer in, I could download Yoshi.

I was thinking about my future and it occurs to me that inline with my world views it would actually be the preferable thing to do.

The only thing I'd caution is that they won't be like you. They'll be like their biological parents and if they're older then a year or two there is a non-negligible chance they'll be rather screwed up in the long run. It's a noble thing to do but not something I could ever see myself doing.

That's more or less why I stopped posting. It seems it's pretty much dominated by that Omnibus guy, who is all "rar SMOTs are over-unity devices!" yet acknowledges he's never built one himself.

I sometimes wonder what these people are like on their deathbed. Then I remember the important thing is that eventually they die.
thankyou so much, that is a comforting thought i will try to remember when i get frustrated with people

Oh. I'm not French or American. I'd tell you where I live, but it might be more amusing to leave it a mystery. Plus I don't want it getting back to cel.

Adopting children is fine as long as you take them out back and drown them before they start thinking for themselves.

    Love Is terrifies me.

In addition, can I point out that the notion of "Love is never having to say you're sorry" is a load of bollocks. Love is knowing when to say sorry, and having the courage to do so.

    Adopting children - yay/nay?

    Yay.

My girlfriend and I probably can't ever have children naturally. She depends on a battery of drugs just to function semi-normally, most of which can't be taken during pregnancy. If we wanted to conceive, she'd have to commit herself to ten or eleven months (would need to stop the drugs a couple of months in advance) of crippling agony without even considering the issues of that arise during pregnancy or while giving birth.

We'll probably adopt. Just to make life difficult for ourselves we'll probably adopt internationally from Rwanda, since we have family over there and know just how bad it is in some of those orphanages.

And if anyone makes an Angelina Jolie joke, I swear to God I'll find you, and kick your head in.

Hahaha. See, this sort of awkwardness is why I love people who post here whose significant-others also post here.

Edit: Also you should know by now that telling someone not to make a particular joke is the only sure way to make sure someone makes that joke.
