Does anyone know of a (freeware) program that I could use to take a few of the live albums (MP3 format) I have that are too quiet and increase their volume as a batch process preferably?

    What program are you using to listen to these mp3 files? WinAmp, Foobar2000, a portable music player?

    I would recommend using the Replay Gain batch analyzing/processing feature that is built into in Foobar2000, or alternately you could use MP3gain.
