Green Day vs. Penny Arcade

The reason I drew this is because every time I draw Billie and Mike from the band Green Day I get constant comments stating how much they look like Gabe and Tycho... So I finally decided to draw a side by side comparison to show that although they do have slight similarities that the way I draw Mike and Billie are FAR different than how Gabe and Tycho are drawn...
I just colored over the sketch, cause I'll be honest with you, I don't know how to outline stuff, plus I don't have one of those USB drawing tablet thingys... So go easy on me...

Green day cracks me up. My sister is into them, and I look at all these kids today that love Green Day... I remember when I was in hight school and they came out with an album called "Dookie." Now it's all "We're a serious political band!" No, you're the guys that wrote songs about masturbating.
i like the art though.
they all kinda have elf ears.
the only thing thats really the same is the hair. the you kinda have generic anime type faces, and that could look like anything. i could throw some DBZ characters in there and get a 3 way battle going on.
