Alright, so I turn on my computer this morning and the power comes on but nothing on the monitor.

I open it up, and while there is power going to the mobo, the processor fan is not spinning.

What do you think it could be?

      I'm afraid it's lupus.
Replace the fan. For many systems, if the fan's not spinning it'll just shut down to prevent it from melting something. And even if something else if the issue, if your fan isn't spinning, you're soon going to have many many other things to worry about.

      Also, I suggest H/A.

I hope it is just the fan. Right now I am optimistic that it is just either the fan or the processor since I can replace it under warranty. Everything connected to the motherboard seems ok (save for the proc of course).

      What is H\A?

And really, there's nothing there that can be used as a good diagnosis. If say... something exploded, and then the next time you tried to use the computer, it didn't start... or there was some mysterious slag where your video card used to be... perhaps... but "computer doesn't start, fan doesn't spin" could theoretically be any number of issues. It's probably just the fan, but *shrug*
