Basically, I'm looking to place some preorders with these people. I kind of know who they are, but I'd rather ask around to see if anyone has had good or bad service from them before.

    I've bought from them a few times and had good experiences. :) Prompt shipping, items as described, etc.

    I've ordered from them many a time and have had nothing but good experience with them. They are one of the most reputable dealers online, though they do tend to charge a bit more from time to time. :P

    As far as pre-ordering from them goes, you don't actually get charged anything until the item you pre-ordered arrives at their warehouse. So be sure to have the money in your account when it is released.
