I don't really have "boobs", I'm just saying boobs because you know what I'm talking about when I say it. My left boob is slightly flabbier than my right boob. I'm right handed. Is that why? How do I make my left boob smaller? Or just make my right boob bigger? HALP
Also making just my right boob bigger is not really an option. Twas a joke!
is it actually obvious, or one of those things only you can see? Because we've all got that about one body part or another :P
its probably just some random hormonal thing. If you're still a teen, its likely to settle down over the next few years. Otherwise, you may well be more muscular on one side of your body than the other. My right trapezius is quite noticeably bigger than my left (mouse arm, see). A proper exercise program can go some way to evening it out, but no-one is perfectly symmetrical.
Indeed i am a teen! And indeed it's one of those things only I can see, probably. Though if I stood perfectly still - and shirtless - I'm sure someone would notice after a short while.
But the question is how does one make exercise just one boob? Whatever I'm doing on my right side is clearly working.

...
I won't make the obvious joke and incur moderator wrath.
The best way would be to do exercise that uses both. It's likely that proper exercise (such as pushups of varying kinds) will rapidly increase the muscle mass of both sides of your chest to the point where your current difference is unnoticeable.

I'm not sure if you're serious, but if you are, you've got it backwards.
There is no such thing as targeted (or "spot") fat loss. The only way that exercise could result in a disparity like the one you describe is if you somehow managed to work the underlying muscles harder on one side...in which case that side wouldn't be smaller, it would be larger.
It's also entirely possible this can't be fixed no matter how much exercise you do or don't do. There are cases where males develop breasts, of sorts. I knew a guy years ago with such a problem, and yeah, it was a tad embarrassing for him. It doesn't sound like this is your situation, exactly, but there are varying degrees.
If it's of alarm to you, and it probably is since you are posting here, bring it up at your next routine check-up with your doctor. He'll be able to take one look and let you know if it's something hormonal or otherwise.
Ya, I had a small lump under one of my nipples for a couple months >.< (you couldn't really notice it without looking for it, only feel it). My mother looked it up in a book she kept handy and hormonally guys often develop mini-breasts on one side or both for short periods of time.
After a couple months it went away though. So no worries.
If it isn't actual man-boobs though, it could just be muscle disparity. If you care enough to fix it just do push ups with your arms far apart. Your weaker pectoral muscle will have to work harder and should mass up to match the other.
Actually there's also a good chance that you just have one smaller than the other. I've seen it a lot. I was actually only born with one pectoral and my boyfriend has different sized ones as well. It just happens.

I did that for a while, and my right arm/shoulder got noticeably stronger and bigger.
It also kind of wrecked my back, so I don't recommend it.

I don't. That shit hurts my back and/or the one shoulder I'm carrying it on.
And devoir, that "whatever I do is clearly working" joke was definitely too easy anyway. :P
Anyway thanks for the suggestions. You have been slightly more helpful than /b/.
Unless you're a young teen. If you're not at least 16 or so, I'd concentrate on body weight exercises like pushups and chin-ups.
CUZ THERE'S SOMETHING IN THE MIDDLE AND IT'S GIVING ME A RASH
