movies other people loved with which you were unimpressed
I felt lied to coming out of that movie. There was far too little Pan and labyrinth and far too much historic civil war documentary involving characters I couldn't care less about.

This. A thousand times, this.
I heard so many good things about that movie. Lies make baby Jesus cry.

Raising Arizona. I didn't think it was bad, but I didn't find myself raving about it like my coworkers do.

everyone else from SNL in the last ten years
(mark wahlberg isn't from SNL, i just hate him)
I'm with you on most of those, but I can't support Carvey hate. He's pretty neato.

Older Vince Vaughn (which is ironically the younger Vince Vaughn, ha ha ha, shut up) is pretty fantastic. Go watch Clay Pigeons or Made and tell me he wasn't awesome.
I guess that's what I get for watching it after all the hype had passed.

As overhyped as The Blair Witch Project was, the scene where he told them he threw the map in the creek has got to be in my top 10 movie scenes of all time.
I like Vince Vaughn in Swingers and Made, but looking at IMDB, that fuck has been in a lot of really shitty movies.

Pan's Labryinth - Same reason as everyone else....
Brokeback Mountain - Finally watched it to see if it was worthy of an oscar, and it wasn't. It just wasn't that good... sorry...
The Lord of the Rings Trilogy/The Matrix Trilogy - Three movies that could have been condensed to one in the case of the matrix, and three movies that could have been shaved another 30 minutes each in the case of LOTR
Those are my biggest letdowns. There's a lot of stuff that bugs me a little, like X-Men 3 for example, but overall I can accept it as a decent movie. Pan, Matrix Trilogy, and LOTR were just a huge letdown though for me.

too much plot for not enough payoff
I was rooting for the fall of humanity
what are you sayin' kovak
everybody said it's the funniest movie
i guess it's not for me
"It was far too well-written a movie! I hated it."
man who was impressed with saw
that series is snuff movies with shaymalan endings
im just saying you are notoriously not right
but I didn't say that
the plot was dumb
too much dumb plot
boo
He's an absolutely horrific actor, and not funny in the least.
He just acts like a fucking retard, and calls it comedy.
so i stopped watching it and watched the third man instead, which might be in my top two movies ever

Will Ferrell is absolute shit.
The guy has no acting range what so ever. Every part he plays, he's just Will Ferrell.
Except Old School. Old School was alright.
Vince Vaughn's awesomeness overpowered Will Ferrell's idiocy.
[strike]topical[/strike]
although true
Just so we're clear, you hate Will Ferrell's lack of range, but enjoy Vince Vaughn.
Okay, got that.
I just felt it needed to be said

I watched on TV and still felt like I paid to much to see it.
