well im 133lb at 6'4 and look massively underweight, but i eat exactly the same as my family who are either average or overweight so i'd just say don't worry about it, accept it as who you are and realise that in the future it will probably be different.

Keep in mind that if you ARE bulking up, it's a long process you won't see huge (pun not intended) results overnight

Run a little less, weight-lift a little more. Should help.

I have a similar problem (but I'm short, and lighter anywho since I am a girl), and I've been in and out of nutritionists. What type of snacks do you have laying around? I remember the nutritionists nodding their heads, saying it would be hard for me to gain weight when all I could eat on short notice were granola bars and nectarines. You definitely don't want to gorge yourself on snack foods, but with your metabolism and otherwise healthy lifestyle, it wouldn't hurt as long as you ate such things responsibly..

One of Thantos' friends is doing a PHd (or at least research) on mercury levels in Tuna. They are fairly non-problematic, I would suggest PMing him if you want more details.
Post-doctoral studies, actually; and not in tuna, specifically, just in the San Francisco Bay, specifically. However, he's got his Ph.D in Marine Toxicology (i.e. he's an expert on poisons found in fish).

The long and short of it is that the health benefits of tuna for someone who's not a very young child or a pregnant woman way, way outweigh the risks. If you're not fantastically smart (top .01%, we're talking) or really stupid, the worst effects you're likely to have from a reasonable amount of tuna aren't even worth considering. If you're eating a lot of it (I do a can a day, my friend, the post-doctoral student, eats a similar amount), stick with chunk light, and avoid albacore (roughly 1/10th the mercury).
