[CoH/CoV] Chat: Big patch! Spring Fling event! ITT we plan Accualt's wedding.
Posts
I probably should've gone first person for that shot, but in my defense she was only moments away from getting us all killed.
Right Acc? When do you and Sonna go in for costume fittings?
> turn on light
Good start to the day. Pity it's going to be the worst one of your life. The light is now on.
Or you can dress up in a wedding dress and claim to be the real wife! Soap operas at its best!
What part of that doesn't sound romantic?
I finally message him asking if he's tanking or blasting and the response is "I'm triform." Thanks, asshole.
LOL FUKKIN DROODZ
Yeah maybe it doesn't mean much to people who can't properly form paragraphs, but having a teammate who plays like they didn't buy their 50 makes a difference to some of us!
Well Sonna, you have to beat quite a couple of asses, though I prefer fiesta whore costume bridesmaid or BRIDESMAN.
oh jesus wash the sand out of your vag, duck, i was agreeing with you.
my experience with PB and WS players has generally been negative. A lot of people just don't know how to play them, and it leads to a lot of stupid bullshit like you are describing.
The worst is seeing lowbie PB and WS players react to Voids.
They actually run away and expect everyone else to kill it.
It's just... ugh...
Dude. Top hat.
TOP HAT.
How serious are we talking about? By serious I mean level of planning not necessarily realism(fiesta!). If we require a lot of planning I'm willing to help but I don't know all that much about weddings to be honest so you may need to guide me in helping you. Or are you being completely sarcastic and the internet has failed me again?
The latter, I believe.
I was running through a mission on unyielding today, and I got nailed by a +1 void stalker...
for like 180 damage, ohnoes!
There's basically no reason to fear voids as a WS anymore with this latest patch, they just go down in purple death with everything else.

So with eclipse up, the amplified component is reduced by about 80%.

Man, this game is suddenly starting to feel a lot like the Sims...
What do you mean suddenly? Seriously, there's a reason all the SG's I'm in are commanded by girls, they lurvs base-building.
And, yes, blah blah guys like the Sims too, now excuse me while I go kill stuff to keep our base pretty. I'm doing my part!
Nope, all I did was give her an avatar. She registered herself and everything.
EDIT: And if we are doing this wedding thing we are going all out.
Any of you happen to know DJs from The Cape or Woot or where ever?

No, really!
Some people actually do like to do all the missions. *shrug*
It is pretty retarded to be pissed about faster leveling though. That's epic level stupidity, especially since I have yet to read any mission text that was very compelling at all.
And with flashbacks isn't that completely doable? Also they could just roll another character and take different story arcs.
The outlevelling arcs one amuses me, since Ouroborus exists to take care of exactly this issue.
Who are these people? Why are they so dumb?
I read the first few pages of the XP Curve thread when it was announced and was disheartened by some people's responses. "You are going to make the game too easy!" The speed of leveling has nothing to do with the ease of gameplay, you turds. Just because you have a part time job and no life doesn't mean the rest of us have to suffer through tedium.
In most games not being able to do everything on the first run through is considered a selling point.
And Posi has said that with player demand, they will add some of those notable one-off missions to Ourobouros.

Good start to the day. Pity it's going to be the worst one of your life. The light is now on.
I nominate....Ghost.
that's why we call it the struggle, you're supposed to sweat
