my arm is all constantly popping out of it's socket for no reason

my kneecaps are messed up for absolutely no reason

i have the lung capacity of someone who does not have a very good lung capacity

my left ear got messed up somehow like a year ago and now i can't pop it ever and it's slowly driving me insane

    i hyperextended my right arm a few years back and now i can't fully straighten it

    my knees are fucked after too many years of pretending that jumping off of high things couldn't possibly do any damage

    and i have that ear thing, too
    drives me fucking insane

    I have pectum excavatum, possibly a genetic disorder, and will soon hopefully get off growth hormones after five years.

    Also I have scoliosis.
