The Guiding Principles and New Rules document is now in effect.
How do you set an image to be your background image in word, yet make it appear on every page? I understand how to set it int he backgrounds so text types on top of it, but how do you tell it to put the same image on every page? I got like an 80 page document to write and I don't feel like doing it 80 times.

Format -> Background -> Fill Effects.
Select the Picture tab.
EDIT:
Alternate method is to select Format -> Background -> Printed Watermark, then click the "Picture watermark" radio button on top.

I think these are two different things. Format -> Background -> Fill Effects will change it on the screen only, while Format -> Background -> Printed Watermark will set it for printing, too (and in classic MS Office style, it will also wash out the picture either a lot by default, or somewhat less so if you turn the option off, unless they've changed it between Office 2003 and 2007).
