Original Xbox Wireless Adapter?

I'd say this is more suited to gaming than technology, but feel free to move if not.

I've got a modded xbox upstairs for xbmc in my bedroom and up to now I've been using a laptop as a wireless bridge. This isn't exactly the easiest method and I'd like to pick up a wireless adapter. Everywhere I search the 360 one is in stock but I can't for the life of me find an original xbox one.

Anyone any ideas? Any suggestions as to what Wireless bridge I could use instead? Please keep in mind it's coming up to xmas and I'd like to keep things cheap :D

The Xbox Wireless Adapter was just a bridge, if I recall. You can probably get away with using any old bridge, or even an old wireless router if you have one that can be flashed with DDWRT or the equivalent.
