Who or what is Scuba Steve?

Ok I'm listening to Lupe Fiasco's new song and he mentions Scuba Steve. I guess it's some kind of pop cultural reference and I googled it and saw that he is mentioned in the movie Big Daddy and the urban dictionary is doing nothing but adding to my confusion. Help me out guys!

    It was Adam Sandler's son's best friend/doll in Big Daddy and is a not-so-small part of the story.
