I'm going to tell my brother when he gets home, he will be most displeased.

Man, my grandfather is in the beginning stages of alzheimers
he has it, and at least 4 of his brothers and sisters haveit/died already from it
so basically, i am scared shitless that i am going to eventually become a blithering invalid by the time i get to 70
Whaddya mean, by 70?
LOL I NO RITE?!?!?!?!?!
i saw that coming from miles away
Man, I wouldn't worry. You've got plenty of time yet.
I said you have plenty of time yet.
Time yet
Are you even listening?
eh? what was that
imma gonna sit over here and poop my pants while i watch Matlock
seriously though, i am worried because:
1) When my grandpa starts to get really bad, i know it will be really shitty for my mom
2) If and when my mom gets it, it will be really hard to watch her lose her mind
3) If i do eventually get it, the last thing i want to do is be a burden on my family
It's brilliant satire of all sorts of things, but it's so much more than satire as well. The world is full of great characters- so many that they simply do not all appear in the same book.
There are several 'series' that follow various groups of characters. I can't even recall them all at the moment, but they're all grand, though different people find different ones more or less entertaining than others.
Personally I think the Night Watch series is one of the better storylines, so I'd recommend you read "Guards! Guards" first.
Or if you're more into reading about Death and what he does on his time off, read "Mort".
There are lots of stand-alone books as well. "Small Gods" and "Pyramids" were both good and are pretty much separate from the main proceedings of other story lines.

Stop using binoculars.
Also don't use telescopes or any other device that allows you to increase the size of things you point them at.

Yes, it counts towards the previous statement that you have horrible taste.
Way to be wrong, Tube.
Terry Prachett's Discworld series is pretty good.
