So, having recently visited New York, I have realized that I need to get my fashion right. This has been difficult because I'm poor, but right now I have some money so I am soon to make a couple of purchases to get my shit somewhat right:
Firstly, a crispy new pear of optical white chucks (my old ones are still hot, but a little broken):
and to match, because I have never had a nice pair of shades, some white wayfarers:
I suppose I will be in trouble after labor day, but what can you do.
Have you gents recently made any fashion purchases that have served to give you a complete bomb-ass sex appeal?

Apparently it's a fashion no no to wear white after labor day. When that expires I am not exactly sure.

Which is why I am still 501-less. Those jeans are about 40 bucks a pair. They are 30 bucks at the Levis store right now, but I don't have the paper for that. When I have 30 clams for jeans, they will probably be back to 50 or whatever.

I had a friend who ordered a pair of PF Fliers off the internet, that looked just like the ones from Sandlot. Coolest fucking shoes ever.

Well I think the idea is you aren't supposed wear summer fashions outside of summer months so no white (particularly shoes) after labor day till memorial day. After a bit of googling though, it's roots are actually in old etiquette rather than fashion.
