The UK Bargains Thread: You were only going to waste it on hookers and blow
All the Hitman games are worth picking up if you see them for less than a tenner but the AI in Silent Assasin/Contracts tends to be a little unpredictable. All of the faults of the earlier games were improved in Blood Money however, with some really inventive flexability allowed for how you off your target.
That and the New Orleans mission needs to be seen to be believed.
i have tried alot of the web sites posted in this thread, and in LewieP's sig, but i cant seem to find Mega Man anniversary collection for the ps2. it might be a worthless effort, but i thought i would ask in here. i dont mind PAL or NTSC. much if you can find it.
Have you been before Lewie? Do you know what to expect?
Nope, I have no idea what to expect, but any oppertunity to brown nose the cream of the crop of british video games industry insiders is something I am going to jump at.
Also, Mr Biffo.
Also also, there is a write up of last year's event here

Yeah, just been reading that, it looks wicked.
And as an avid reader of Edge I have to say a hearty fuck yes to Mr Biffo as well.
I've just signed up for a ticket. Tell me something: How are you expecting to get there and back? In the same day, or are you staying in London for a night?

I'll sort that when it gets to it, but vague plan was to stay overnight, I have a few friends I would probably be able to crash with.

OK. If I actually go, I'd probably need to hook up with you. I doubt I'd be able to find a cheap hotel at such short notice, and close by. The awards finish at 1am, so staying overnight seems like the most sensible option.
If I'm looking up train fares, which station do I want? thetrainline.co.uk doesn't list the tube station that they tell you on the website, so I'm guessing I'd need the nearest above-ground station, but I don't know what that is.

Guitar Hero 3, Wii - £57.81 delivered
Use code "PP-02-DISCOUNT" for 2% off.
But I can't say for sure if it's the cheapest price. HMV/Zavvi with student discount (of 10%) might be better, that's just the best online price.
That'll show you.
Lewiep will probably come along and blast that out of the water now
Bastard beat me to it

Great selection on the PSP front, not so much for the DS, not bad though.
