I'm looking for a comedy that is french. I dont remember the title at all. the plot goes something like this: a timid guy who is recently divorced and has a teenage son works at a condom factory and is gonna get fired. He pretends he is gay so that they can no longer fire him. However he developes a love interest at work that is female and it leads to a funny scene I remember:

They're about to fuck on the condom factory conveyer belt and she asks if he has any protection, to which he responds no. When he asks the same to her she says no then theres a moment they begin looking around and the camera zooms out and you see the piles of condom boxes all around them. Later after they start going at it like animals the owner who is leading a japanese group of potential distributers walks in on the catwalk overlooking them. At first he doesnt notice and is just yammering away about the factory. He turns and sees the two fucking on his conveyer belt and says as he looks shocked "And these...are our testers." then continues on with the tour. He is followed by a line of broadly grinning japanese fellows in his tour.

Eventually the movie leeds to him learing about how to become a more outgoing and bold person as he is forced to explain himself to coworkers and his family about his 'homosexuallity' the whole time he is coached along by an old man who eventually comes out to him.

Its quite funny and I wish i could remember the title. please help
