Here is my awesome weightlifting program which you should do because it's great and I'm great.
I am in a "bulking cycle" and am eating a ton of food and am always super hungry but I am lifting things and RAWR. I think I'm going to have to join a gym because things like calf raises and shrugs are just killing my grip, and I have little girl legs because I can only squat however much I can clean, which isn't much.
I dunno, it's never been stickied before, and I think the enemies post is more important. Just keep it bumped by posting rocking information every time you work out. Here is today's food what I done eat

Do you guys think I'm eating enough? on paper it seems like a lot of food but I'm still often hungry. I never thought I could eat a full fuck off nando's and be hungry later in the evening

My girlfriends dietician said that when you have an 8-small-meals-a-day diet you're metabolism works a lot harder, I don't know the reasoning behind it but I experienced the same thing as you did: 3 big meals would fill me up and several smaller meals would not.
I guess the best thing you could do is have a breakfast that is higher in fibre instead of just the omelette and drink a lot of water between meals.
Some days I'll just eat like ten weet-bix for breakfast so I can pump a huge shit in the afternoon.

i used to think "rawr, toughen the skin on my hands" but after i had to go two weeks without a workout because of my skin being red raw, i changed my mind.

When you eat a lot of small meals a day your metabolism never stops working so therefore you're constantly burning calories and whatnot. The only reason I know this is because I USED to eat a lot of small meals a day until my doctor said I needed to GAIN weight. I bet my metabolism is fucked, I've not had it checked in a few years.
Now, though, I'm getting ready to do some hardcore working out to get into the Police Academy so I dunno how that's going to affect it.

You can't get as good a grip on the bar, and by putting a piece of cloth between you and the bar you're increasing the bar diameter and making it harder to get a good grip.
I used to use gloves because it seemed to increase the maximum amount I could bench press. I guess because I wasn't distracted by the bar pressing as hard into my hands?
Now I don't, because grappling pretty much means you want tougher hands, so building callouses is to my advantage. Not that I'll ever have strong hands, anyway.
God damn have I had the worst cold this week, not done shit - next week will be better. A workout before work always gives me a load of energy during the day, which makes no sense. Always wake up with these horrific boners during the night when I've been to the gym, too... not that anyone needs to know that.
Hopefully when I go back on monday the new years resolution retards will have gotten bored and fucked off - doing curls in front of the squat rack is asking for a kick in the nuts
I lift big fuck off boxes for four hours each morning five days a week. Since I started the job, my strength has probably increases at least 50%. I used to be a little girly man, now I'm a stronger little girly man.

i'm alternating between these two routines
Workout A
3x5 Squat
3x5 Bench press
1x5 Deadlift
2x5-8 dips
3x5 incline weighted sit-ups
3x8 hyperextensions
Workout B
3x5 Squat
3x5 Standing military press
3x5 Bent-over rows
2x5-8 pull-ups
3x5 incline weighted sit-ups
3x8 hyperextensions
based on the routine from starting strength
i'd do tube's routine, but i only got two days a week and i don't know a couple of those excersizes
plus mark rippetoe knows a lot about lifting and such
