Screen Capture Software?

My friend's band has a live internet stream tonight, but I can't be at my computer during the show, so I'd like to record the video somehow on my computer. Is there some type of free software I can use to do that?

Thanks.

It would be easier and higher-quality to capture the video stream; what are they streaming it with?

I'm not really sure what they're using...it's through Virginia Tech's radio station, so the band itself isn't really in charge of it. I'm not too concerned with the quality, as long as I can make out the audio ok.

These are just programs listed off the top of my head; just Google 'em.

Camstudio, Camtasia Studio (Trial version), Hypercam, SnagIt.

Haven't tried Camstudio so just grab the trial of Camtasia or SnagIt if you simply must record the screen.
