WoW: Is there a raiding guild for me? (or, nobody wants an enhancement shaman)

Horde PVP Bhaalgorn, 70 Enhancement Shaman (and I'm not changing). The gear is just crap for now.
Two or three accounts ago I used to be a heavy raider. Back when it was the only raid, I was in MC every week grinding out those bosses for my T1 set. I suffered through the tedium of healing in BWL until AQ came out, but then I had to sell my account to pay some medical bills. All I wanted to do was raid so I willingly changed my spec from Enhancement to Restoration and life was peachy. But healing isn't really what I want to do. I want to hit things and throw down windfury totems for my buds.
The guild I'm in right now doesn't progress. We don't have the numbers to field a 25-man raid with regularity, and our membership policy precludes recruiting except from a very limited pool. I haven't seen anything past Grull in BC and that makes me sad. It's like I'm missing half the game, and soon I'll lose my chance to see it forever. I want to keep my 'main' (my heart isn't in it, but my gear is) 70 Mage (fully Kara geared, nowhere to go with this guild) in that guild because they're my friends mostly, and I like fooling around or running a heroic with those guys.
I love the Shaman class enough that I've spent 190 levels playing it, and my heart is really set on raiding as enhancement spec. Because of the guild's lack of progression and his relative newness he's only ready to raid Kara and only has instance loot for gear right now. I'm eager to step into 10- and 25-man dungeons and work my ass off to get him some good whamming gear.
Does anybody want a player like me? I do my instance homework, I have gear progression plans, I read the strats, and I suck at PVP. I am absolutely dedicated to my guildies and I am as excited for their progression as for my own.
