The latest is called ZAP
It's kind of like Subspace, except browser based.
Other titles include Marble Blast Online, Screwjumper, Thinktanks and Cyclomite.
Shit, now we can play Screwjumper for free all day long.
That 40% is a 40% of love my friends.
Who can forget about MarbleBlast? Now that its FREE we can all sit here for hours and rock each others' worlds. Is that the proper place for that ' ?
So like I said, go to the site, sign up, put us as friends, and lets do this thing.

Or.
2) The games on this thing are so far games that were pretty uncared about on XBL and no one seems to care about them here, but hey, they are free!
So who wants to join and be my friend?

I actually made this thread at work and didn't have time to put any real effort into it ... I didn't expect it to survive until now.
edit: done. Fucking 2 AM now. Thanks ALOT. :P
As for a Rokkit Ball update, they've started to do some balance testing with an advanced technique which was discovered by us beta players. It's called "hammer throwing" on the forums (I prefered 'slingshotting'), and it was a method in which the player twisted his body when holding the ball and then shooting it at a much faster speed than otherwise possible. My brother and I happened upon it accidently, but when practiced it and became pretty proficient with it, to the point where teams that didn't know how to do it weren't a challenge (scores like 50-0). I found some other guys who knew how to do it, and playing with them was like playing a completely different game. The ball could move much quicker from end to end, long distance shots were possible, everything just moved faster and required more skill of the players. I heard a competitive scene started to developed, with clan scrimmages being set-up.
However, the developers stepped in and released an update which made Hammer throwing impossible. Of course, the players who used it started complaining on the forums, calling out the devs for ruining their game, yatta yatta yatta. From my understanding of it, the developers want to include Hammer throws, but their current implementation was far too unbalanced. They claimed that their internal testers became so good with them that matches turned into Ping Pong, with the ball being Hammer thrown back and forth between goals. They essentially removed it entirely now, as well as making some other balance changes, and are going forward with it.
I hope they figure out a fair implementation, since it was such a unique element of the game which added a higher skill requirement. As of now, the game is still a fun diversion, but lacks the capacity to become a skill-based game.
