So I've been getting in shape lately, but I'm trying to narrow in on something quite specific. The title steals my thunder slightly.

I'm always suspicious about referring to internet authorities on fitness matters, but there's a damn good community for precisely that kind of topic around here.

So, having said that, what sorts of exercises can I consider in order to tone up my butt?

    It's flabby, yes, as I've lost a lot of weight in the last year, but the muscle is also an issue.
