On going chest pains... (New... Development?)

So as many people may, or may not, remember I've posted a few times since later October, early November about pains in my left chest, somewhere under my arm....

Now, since then I've had a chest X-ray shortly afterwards, like in early December, and the pain has always been there... They sent me to a gastrointestinal guy who then put me on Omeprazole, which hoesntly appears to have put the pain under a certain amount of control....

The new development? I was feeling my left chest when it didn't feel smooth... So I went into the bathroom and looked closely, my left chest wall under my armpit pokes out a little bit... Litterally on the side about 2 or 3 inches beneath the armpit..... The right side is normal though....

Thoughts? Should I look into a new chest x-ray to see if something new has developed, am I freaking out over nothing? Would anythign anomolous have appeared within the first x-ray? I'm going in for an endoscopy on the 7th of April, was planning on pointing it out to him then, if its still there..... I've done nothing to bruise it, and it also is not painful to the touch.... Just feels kinda like a hump on my side..... Meaty if you will....

I'm far from a medical professional, but it could be a hernia, which in the grand scheme of things wouldnt be so bad. You're going to the doctors anyway though, they will obviously have a better idea than me.
