Is there any way to easily add a moving overlay to a video/animation file? Think of like a censored "blur" following a person's face or something like pop-up video where they have pictures of other people's heads/objects super imposed over a moving portion of the video.
I'd like to avoid doing this frame-by-frame, so something where I could trace a path with a mouse would be nice.
