Coaching Simulators - What a popular genre!

Hey everyone, it's been a long long while. This is going to be a cruddy OP, but I'm having a hell of a lot of trouble finding some good coach/management simulation games. I mean, it's kind of an abstract genre to search for, and obscure to say the least.

For those of you with experience in the genre, any recommendations? I'm completely new to this whole gig. I understand there are some good European Football ones out there, but football and basketball are more up my alley.

If you guys have any input at all, assuming some of you play these games, please feel free to fill me in. Even if you aren't familiar with the genre, but know of some games off the cuff, feel free to mention them and I'll check them out.

So yep...I'm not sure if this thread will find an audience considering how non-mainstream the genre is, but I'm hoping you guys have some thoughts or opinions.

Football Manager 2008 is very good. I'm not really a fan of soccer, or management games really, but it managed to be quite addictive anyway.

Damn, here I was thinking this would be a sequel to Bus Simulator.
