Removing old/unused website files..

Hey guys. Might be a stupid question, but we have an intranet thing here for work, and I'm wondering if there's a program around which will read the index.htm file of the main page, and be able to tell me what associated files I need to copy without reporting dead links when I make a copy of it.

We've just got some really old data lying around in this folder, and I'm trying to clean it up a bit.

Googled a bit, I found a program called sitecleaner, but it's for Mac - any windows alternatives? Or is there a much easier way to do this that I'm missing?
