    oh and the really tricky part is going to be telling the doctor that the opiates have been helping wonderfully with my bipolar problems and i kind of don't want to stop taking them even when i am not in pain and that is bad

    it's interesting because after a while you mostly forget that people actually are getting enjoyment out of what you are doing. they just kind of seem like hungry mouths, a piranha-like frenzy of recreation.
