Firefox Javascript "void" targets - script to correct?

So this isn't really a big deal, and it's kind of random, but I was wondering if anyone here knew of a script or another way to have a new tab displaying the contents of a javascript "void" target (probably called something else) in it's window correctly, instead of showing a blank page. FYI, I'm not using Firefox 3 yet, so if that's the solution I'll pick it up - I didn't like the way 2 handled tabs, with each tab in the tab bar having it's own "x" to kill it, so I've been sticking with 1.5.0.12 (bass-ackwards, I know).

Web site showing example links: http://www.ttellc.net/evaluations.html

Any of the sub-links in there, for instance. Left-clicking them opens up a popup (allowed even with adblock) with the page, but I'd like it in a new tab so I can open more than one at a time, or not have them blank out when I left+right click.

Thanks guys

There's this add-on which I used to use. It's currently incompatible with Firefox 3, but you could edit the install.rdf file to make it compatible.

That said, you're not using Firefox 3, so it won't be an issue until you update.

fyi - http://www.watchingthenet.com/firefox-tip-how-to-change-the-close-tab-x-button.html (instructions for 2.0, but I believe it's the same in 3.0, the field is still there at least)

It still works in 3.0 - it also doesn't require a restart.
