    Honestly, though, quesadilla isn't a well-defined term. Depending on who you ask, the only things all quesadillas have in common are a form of Mexican flatbread and a kind of (generally Mexican) cheese.

    Personally, I prefer wheat tortillas, fresh diced white cheese (mozzarella works in a pinch), and a pinch of whatever spices I'm feeling at the time. Then pan sear the tortilla with the cheese, let the oil from the melting cheese do a little bit of frying as I fold the tortilla over, then serve with salsa dribbled on top.

    Also, hey, here's an idea, how about when I hit the button that makes me go back in time because I just died, you know, the main gimmick of the game, you actually, I dunno, let me go back in time, instead of sitting there like a little bitch and going "No, fuck you visiblehowl, I think that this time I will not go back in time and instead force you to play through all of that tedious combat you finished to get to this point."

    Most Mexican foods seem quite poorly defined. I've seen terrible arguments over exactly what a burrito is over on GWS and the same when it comes to exactly what goes in chilli.
