Perseid Meteor Shower!

So I'm kinda confused right now. I want to watch this meteor shower at its peak. They've said that the 12th is the peak but I'm not sure if that means the early morning of the 12th (which would technically be tonight) or the night of the 12th. In other words, is the peak happening on Aug 11-12 or 12-13? Does anyone know?

    wiki says the peak is Aug 12th at 7:00am

    so aug 11-12 =)

    ahh, so thats what that was...i saw a few last night.
    august 12th, 7am..what time zone ? :D
