    I had weight lifting "class" followed by yoga yesterday.

    I've also gotta finish a writing assignment that's already 3 days late, but i'm sooo super goddamn lazy.

    what sucks is that its not even hard.

    when i got my LCD a month back or so I made a ghetto DIY HD antenna.

    when i first hooked it up it would only get a bunch of horribly noisy and practically black and white analog channels and a pretty much perfect, beautiful FOX HD. It simply would not pick up anything else.

    Two weeks back I did another channel scan cause a friend mentioned the antenna and lo and behold, it now gets CBS HD, NBC HD, still FOX HD, ABC HD, and CW11 HD. One time I got UPN HD but nobody watches UPN, honestly.

    ABC, NBC and CBS require me to put the antenna against the door, facing my window, but it does work. And the signal is so pretty.

    SUCCESS.

    This weekend, I spent Friday night staying up until 4 in the morning on the internet reading forums and watching youtube videos and the like. Woke up around 2 Saturday afternoon, had some cereal, split time between reading forums/reading The Eye of the World (just getting into Wheel of Time, :P), went with friends from the dorm next door to a burger place around 7, then around midnight I hopped over to their dorm to find that their friend had gotten super drunk and was throwing up every 10 minutes or so.

    Proceeded to help him walk from his position on his side on their carpet to the bathroom about every 10-20 minutes for a while, then helped another guy from down the hall who had gotten drunk in the dorm halls, high outside in his car, AND his friend had taken his keys and car so he couldn't get into his dorm room.

    The RA on duty didn't bother to write all the guys up who were drunk and/or high that night, just got the skeleton key so the high/drunk dude could get back into his room while I reminded him that the reason we were standing outside his door with the door locked was that we were waiting for the key. Then, I went back to helping previously mentioned drunk friend of friend puke and collapse several more times, until around 4 in the morning when he passed out for the night.

    That dude threw up over 20 times. Also, this was my first experience with drunk people.

    Today, I woke up at around 2, went and got some Wendy's, and finished out the first Wheel of Time book.

    Good weekend.

    EDIT: Forgot to mention that Friday in between classes I went to Student services regarding a refund check and got back $1500, :D.
    I thought that the title had to do with having sex with someone with an STD before reading the OP.

    does having an HD antenna mean you don't have to pay extra for the channels?

    yeah it picks up local HD channels if you have them in your area

    it's a stopgap until i get some sort of cable routed into my room

    there are plenty of guides on youtube

    you basically need coat hangers, a piece of wood, and a four dollar thing from radioshack
