I had a game I sent in about 3 weeks ago to be replaced since it was scratched. I enclosed a check for $20 per EA's policy for replacing a game. The idiot who handled my return wrote back that he'll ship me a new copy, but it probably won't ship for a week, and to write back if I want the UPS tracking number.
2 weeks later, I started writing new tickets on EA's support site for this issue asking for my tracking number. EA said that their turnaround on these issues is 24 hours, so I took that to mean that I should write a ticket every day. A week has gone by like this and I've heard nothing.
I was just wondering what have been people's experiences with EA's returns department. I had a defective drumkit for Rock Band that got replaced no problem. Is there someone at EA that I can contact to resolve this issue? Their support site really sucks in terms of helping you get in contact with someone.
