So here is the pie. I made the whipped cream as well and it came out pretty well. The bf should be here in 30 right as the pie is finished cooling and whipped cream is nice and chilled.
We have finally ate the pie and it was awesome. I have a ton of light brown sugar left because I bought a box when I already had one so I'm probably going to make a peach cobbler in the near future. I also use it in my pecan pie but that's hard work.
