There are people that stupid. Ok so most of them are currently in the Great State of Florida attempting to inseminate things (from the lowly cantaloupe to the Mighty Organism) but they exist.
Edit: Just to clarify here, I'm all for the legalization of weed among other substances (don't care for it myself but hey, the War On Drugs is just wrong) but that doesn't mean driving while fucked up should be any less of a crime. Moreso preferably.
