I need some computer help, and was hoping some of y'all might know more than me. My fiancee's computer was turned on today (Compaq Presario running XP) and when she tried to log into her user area, it first said that 'the local user cannot be logged into'. After a few more tries it let her log in, but it seems to have reset her area to warehouse settings. Wallpaper gone, all icons but Recycling Bin, IE etc gone, and all of her documents are gone.
We have no idea why this has happened, or how, but we desperately need some help. Anything you guys and gals could do to help us would be real nice.
