Xbox Support 'Register Your Console' Problem.

My 360 recently red-ringed and i'm trying to register it on the xbox support page, i fill in all the necessary information, but when i click the 'send' button to complete the form i get a message saying there has been a problem and my request couldn't be completed.

All the information i filled in except my console serial number is saved.

Is the site just having problems or could there be anything i'm doing wrong? could someone else try and see if it works for them?

    I think you can do this by phone if the website isn't working right.

    It was broken a month ago when I was trying to register my system for the same reason.

    I got it, turns out it was already registered but under my brothers name after last time we sent it in, a quick call to support fixed that.
